Technical Specifications
Universal Multiple Tensile Testing Machine
With 5 parallel testing stations, the ZPEL.02 achieves exceptional throughput performance. The short cycle time of only 4.5 minutes per batch is achieved through intelligent parallelization - while one batch is being tested, the next one can already be prepared. With accuracies up to 0.1%, the system meets the highest laboratory standards.

Test Process
The ZPEL.02 automates the entire tensile testing process - from order management to data transfer:
- Optional
Order Management
Automatic reading of measurement orders from external systems (LIMS, SAP, etc.)
- Sample Preparation
Insertion of test specimens into special sample trays that simultaneously define the test specification
- Optional
Rebound Measurement
Automatic testing of elasticity with integrated rebound elastometer with automatic transfer of measurement values to the measurement data set
- Optional
Shore A Measurement
Hardness measurement through connected Shore A measuring device with automatic transfer of measurement values to the measurement data set
- Sample Feeding
The handling robot removes the samples from the tray and positions them precisely in the 5 tensile stations
- Thickness Measurement
Confocal optical measuring system captures the exact sample thickness contactlessly before testing
- Tensile Testing
Fully automatic clamping and parallel testing at 5 stations with adaptive extensometer positioning
- Data Transfer
Automatic transfer of all measurement data and results to downstream systems such as LIMS, SAP or order management
While one batch is being tested, the next sample tray can already be prepared and preliminary steps initiated - for uninterrupted continuous operation. Through this process optimization, the total measurement time of a batch (10 samples) is only approximately 4.5 minutes.
