Innovative Thinking - when off-the-shelf is not enough

Special materials, unusual geometries and demanding test procedures often require more than an off-the-shelf solution. Q-tec develops and implements individual processes, tools and equipment for applications where precision, process reliability and technical expertise are essential.

We support testing laboratories, research institutions, manufacturers and processors of rubber, elastomers, plastics and other demanding materials. From individual test specimens and custom cutting dies to fully automated systems, Q-tec provides development, manufacturing and long-term support from a single source.

From an individual specimen to a fully automated custom system, we work closely with our customers’ technical specialists.

From the Initial Requirement to the Right Solution

1. Enquiry and technical clarification

You send us your requirements, drawings, test standards or available material samples. The better we understand the application and the required result, the more precisely we can develop the right solution.

2. Analysis and solution concept

We assess the material, geometry, required quantity, test procedure and quality requirements. Based on this information, we develop a technically and economically appropriate concept.

3. Development and prototyping

Depending on the project, we create designs, tools, prototypes or initial specimen samples. The results are reviewed together and refined where necessary.

4. Manufacturing and implementation

Once the concept has been approved, we manufacture the individual components, production batches, cutting dies or complete custom equipment. The agreed documentation is included as part of the project.

5. Support and after-sales service

We remain your technical partner after delivery – providing support, modifications, spare parts and factory calibration where required.

Do You Have a Special Requirement?

Tell us which material you need to process, which test specimen you require or which process you would like to improve. Drawings, standards, photographs and material information can be attached directly to your enquiry.

We will review your requirements and work with you to develop the right solution.
